Convention Staff Services
Our staff is comprised of professional men and women who use their experience,
expertise and efficiency to manage the on-site logistics of today's programs from
large medical/technical conventions, trade shows and small events. Please view

You will find our convention staff to be:
- Professional, capable and reliable
- Knowledgeable about Seattle and surrounding area
- Friendly, cordial and gracious
- Uniformed in black business suit attire
- Experienced in all aspects of convention registration
Contract Overview:
- You will not be billed for parking expense or taxes or any other added
expense - Our staff will take a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch
- Overtime does go into effect after 9 hours in one day or over 40 hours in a
7 day period (Sunday thru Saturday) - We have a 4 hour per person, per day minimum
