What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?
I could be the best Tetris player on Earth.

Who, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most? And why?
I would love to have dinner with Jake Burton. Snowboarding is one of my favorite things to do, and he pretty much invented it and built one of the biggest and most iconic snowboard brands. He also did a lot of great things for the Burlington and Stowe Vermont communities where I lived and snowboarded for 4 years during college.

What is your favorite project you worked on and why?
My favorite project I have ever worked on was the John Hancock cafeteria. It was such a high level of finish with so many unique design elements. There were TVs that came out of the ceilings and 4 different types of moving walls. It was a great experience working with the design team and the subcontractors on all these unique features and coming up with creative ways to make everything work.

How did you get into construction?
I started my career working in structural engineering, which I got into because I enjoyed math and physics, but after a couple of years, I got bored with that. I decided to jump to the general contractor side of things because I enjoyed the construction aspect and wanted to stay in the industry but get into a job with more variety.
